If you wish to order an item and need it within a certain time frame please get in touch via instagram or directly through the website and we will happily accommodate where possible.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with proof of postage. Should an item be lost in the Royal Mail process, a Royal Mail 'Making a Claim' application should be made by the buyer. No refunds will be made for items lost in the post.
